Pancreatic Pseudocyst Rupture: Cause of Acute Abdomen

Case report of a 23-year-old male patient with pancreatic pseudocyst, initially was treated by the Interventional Radiology service placing percutaneous drainage poor evolution, abruptly presented abdominal pain, Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome and peritoneal irritation, so an urgent exploratory laparotomy performed finding rupture pseudocyst into cavity. He septic shock died in immediate postoperative period. Computerized Axial Tomography represents ideal diagnostic method. Spontaneous is extremely rare requires surgical intervention.
